    It’s ok to rest. I know responsibilities don’t stop just because you’re tired, but finding time to rest when you need it instead of getting ALL the things done is ok. Stop when you’re tired. It’s ok to rest, you deserve it. I struggle with these two. I am a slave-driver towards myself (blame it on the defined will center in my HD chart) and always think I should be doing more. So this reminder is for me as much as it is for you.
